Looking Ahead at The Witness Journal: Freedom to Walk Daily with Christ
“So if the Son sets you free, you really will be free.” — John 8:36 CSB
Freedom in Christ is more than a single moment of salvation—it is a daily way of living.
Many of us begin our journey with great joy, only to discover that walking in freedom requires daily choices. We still face worries, disappointments, temptations, and moments when we are tempted to carry burdens God never intended us to bear. Yet Jesus never asked us to walk alone. He invites us to walk beside Him, trusting His guidance one step at a time.
This week, we’ll explore what it means to experience the freedom that comes from living in continual relationship with Christ—not striving harder, but surrendering more fully. As we depend on Him each day, we discover that His strength replaces our weakness, His peace quiets our anxious hearts, and His Spirit faithfully leads us forward.
