Looking Ahead at The Witness Journal: Words That Shape Identity
Words carry weight.
Long after a conversation ends, we often continue living from the words spoken over us. Encouragement can become courage. Blessing can become confidence. Wise instruction can become a lifelong guide. Yet hurtful words can also leave marks that take years to heal.
This week, we will explore the power of a father’s words and the lasting influence they have on identity, purpose, and faith. Through the stories of fathers who blessed, affirmed, instructed, and encouraged, we will see how God uses words to shape generations. We will also reflect on the words we have received and the words we are speaking into the lives of others.
